Father Vince

Hi,

I’m a day late, sorry. Fr. Vince is having his best day today since his surgery. He had a CAT scan on Tuesday and Wednesday was spent getting over it. Too much poking and prodding. No results yet but it was routine to check on the healing process and he’ll be having the scans on a regular basis. They are also starting to disconnect him from the medical equipment being used to monitor him. His sister tells me that today he feels more like his old self. The doctors  say he is doing better at this point than most people who have this surgery. Fr. Vince still isn’t up to visitors or phone calls. Thanks for respecting his wishes about that. Thanks for all the cards you have been sending -WOW- I have a whole box to send tomorrow.  He’ll have a great weekend reading them all. I’ll send another e-mail in a few days. God’s blessing to each one of you.
